We want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or sprayed.

  Securely pack your fragrance bottles to prevent damage during transit and include your order details inside the parcel.

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service and wait for our team to process your full refund.
